Institute (MSSi)

MSSilogo2-1-2inHow to get a handle on aftermarket repair
& installation in the lucrative & growing motorhome industry

Here’s one way –
Attend MSSi
Training

Working on the big coaches can be
daunting — SuperSteer 4-color logounless you know the
ropes. How to work on those chassis?
How to look at the big picture and
understand their systems?

Once you have that know-how, it’s
a piece of cake. MSSi shows you.

mssiphoto1When you enroll in the MSSi course, you learn to:

• Increase accuracy and speed in diagnosing Motorhome prob-
lems & fixes.
• Handle estimates more accu-
rately and efficiently.
• Increase your rate of large RO’s simply by showing custom-
ers the problems (with our MSSi special way of doing it) — and then offering only equipment they actually need.
• Professionally install critical motorhome steering, suspension & brak-
ing systems.
• Gain new customers who love your work and great service.
• Increase your profit potential.

mssiphoto2You learn quickly in an intensive 2-day curriculum hands-on in-shop/classroom in-
struction. Classes start at 8 a.m. & end at 4:30 p.m. It’s no “pud” course.

Here’s the Schedule –

formance Assessment. Ses-
sion covers –

• The importance and purpose of the registered RPA®(“Road Performance Assessment”) -
Road Test.

• How to conduct a RPA® & terminology used.
• See the RPA® through demonstrations in Class A motorhomes.
• Class members conduct their own RPA®, driving Class A motorhomes.

• Train on specific products that solve suspension & alignment
problems; installation of parts.

mssiphoto3
Comprehensive
Training

Work hands-on:

1. You learn a unique Motor-
home analysis system
where technician & customer together arrive at a correct problem analy-
sis — and the customer’s commit-
ment to correct those problems with your professional expertise.

2. In the RPA®, you learn how to conduct an extensive 15-mile Road Test. This test clearly reveals a coach’s steering, suspension & braking problems.

3. Next, you work in Henderson’s bays to inspect more than 50 critical points that bring to light the rest of your customer’s problems.

With your RPA® analysis in hand, you can diagnose accurately and confidently. Customers who want their $200,000-plus rigs handled right can actually see that you know how.

Now, you’re prepared to treat your customer’s real ailments instead of “slapping on a quick Band-Aid.”

Are you asking yourself, “Isn’t this analysis process a silly waste of time?” You be the judge.

  • Not if each RPA® results in an RO that’s triples the average
    dollar amount.
  • Not if each RPA-generated installation is so much better it makes you proud.
  • Not if your customers become “raving fans” and tell others about you.

4. In the next phase, you invest time in the classroom learning each step to easier professional selling, better installations and larger orders.

5. OK. So, your customer has agreed to the installation. Now, it’s time to deliver. That’s why MSSi holds Steering & Suspension Component Installation classes. Instructors teach you how to professionally install suspension & steering components on a Motorhome chassis. Some of the installations include:

  • Anti-sway bars
  • Trac Bars
  • Bell Cranks
  • Quad Shock mounting kits
  • Motion Control Units
  • Steering Controls
  • Braking components
  • Steering Gears
  • Tow Brakes

A Good Mixture of Hands-On
& Classroom Instruction

  • mssiphoto4Along with classroom ses-
sions, you work on actual demonstration chassis to get hands-on understand-
ing of what to do — and how — to achieve a thor-
    ough & profitable job.
You work extensively in Henderson Line-Up’s own bays & on the road.

  • Recently, our organiza-
tion expanded and added a new building just for SuperSteer®. This new addition houses classroom space where you can concentrate in comfort.

  • Your instruction continues after you get home to your own facility. You receive a training manual to take home – plus phone access to instructors to solve problems after you return to your daily work.

  • We keep classes small deliberately (usually no more than 12) so everybody gets to see-and-do.

MSSiphoto#5● So these classes don’t intefere
with your heavy business days in Spring and Summer months, we schedule all training off-season. You can take advantage of them in either March or November.

Do MSSi methods really work? Henderson’s Line-Up grew into the large Henderson’s today in little Grants Pass, Oregon (pop. 23,000) … then added SuperSteer® Manufactu-
ring & Distribution … and it’s still growing rapidly.

As Don Renoe of Port Coquitlam, BC says, “I started checking you guys out on the Internet and found nothing but good reports.” Of course, SuperSteer® is grateful for such kind words.

We promise a fun, interesting and profitable time when you enroll in MSSi.

What’s the Cost?

We charge only enough to cover costs. (We admit we hope you’ll train at MSSi and be impressed enough to want to buy our SuperSteer® products for your customers. We’ll be happy to show you how they make you a tidy profit).

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Or Your Money Back

You can’t lose with MSSi. If you’re unsatisfied we cheerfully refund your tuition — including your travel expense over & above the $100 we may have previously deducted to aid with air fares.

Right out of the chute, you learn immediately how much this school improves your profit potential.

A coach owner drives in tearing out his hair — but insists he knows just what’s needed to fix it — “nothing more, nothing less” — & you know he’s wrong.

How to avoid offending him?

Well, you’re trained for it. Take him on an RPA® Test Drive!

Within 30 minutes, he sees for himself what he really needs. And you have a friend.

Because you approach his problem with no pressure whatsoever, your customer decides to install what you knew he needed all along.

We believe there’s no more satisfying way to run a business.
